- Is there a S/H discount if I'm purchasing more than one item? Absolutely, the checkout system will calculate it for you.
- Can I place a custom order? I'm happy to work with you--just send me a commission request.
- How can I contact you? Go to the "Contact Us" page.
- What forms of payment do you accept? I accept all
forms of
payment via Paypal---all items available for purchase have an "add to
cart" button--when you are finished shopping, proceed to check-out via
the "view cart" buttons located on each product page.
- Why is your shipping time 8 or more weeks? I
generally make each outfit once it is ordered, so I need to allow
adequate time for that. I am currently attending college full-time, and
between homework, and the demands of three children, it can be very
difficult to guarantee earlier delivery. I also sometimes get numerous
all at once, so those are done on a first come / first served basis.
Additionally, by creating each outfit after it is ordered, I am able to
make each fashion to fit the doll body of your preference.
- Do you accept returns? I want all of my customers to
be
100% satisfied with their purchase, so if there is a problem with your
outfit, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt with the nature of
the problem so that a satisfactory solution can be arranged, including
returns if there is a construction problem with your outfit. If a
return is necessary due to a construction defect, or error on my part, I
will cover the cost of return postage, and refund the full cost of your
purchase, or send out a replacement garment. I do not accept returns
for reasons other than an error on my part. I do my best to accurately
photograph, and describe each item and am happy to take additional
photos if you need more detail, so please ask questions prior to
purchase. Please
note: garments are made to fit whichever doll type it is shown on in the
photo-- I can not accept returns because a
garment is damaged from being put on a larger doll body. If you
would like your garment to fit the larger dolls, please specify this at
time of order.
- Shipping Policy: Each item has a notation in the item
description indicating shipping cost via first class mail for that item
to customers in the United States and Canada. I use the USPS for all
of my shipping, and offer both first class and priority shipping for US
and Canadian customers. International orders to all other countries are
via USPS Priority International, with shipping cost determined at
checkout. I use a Shipping/Handling fee, which covers the cost of
shipping
materials, in addition to actual postage. For residents of the state
of California, I am required by law to include the S/H fee in the total
amount before applying sales tax.
- Insurance: I am happy to offer shipping insurance.
Current USPS prices as of 2/1/10 are: $1.75 up to $50, $2.25 for between
$50.01-- $100, any order over $100 will have free insurance coverage
provided by me. Currently the Paypal shopping cart buttons do not offer
shipping insurance, so please email
me for an invoice if you desire to purchase insurance. Please include
your email address, order information, and state or country of
residence.
- Sales Tax: All orders shipped to residents of California will be charged 8.75% sales tax.
